It’s summertime, and the best way to celebrate is with chill and refreshing smoothies. Not only are they a healthy alternative to sugary drinks, but they are full of delicious fruits and vegetables that are sure to make your mouth water. Here are some of my favourite smoothie recipes:

1. Blueberry Delight (1-2 Servings)

  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Half a cup of mango chunks
  • 2 cups of almond milk 
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

2. Strawberry Banana Magic (1-2 Servings)

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups of almond milk 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

3. Kale n Kiwi Passion (1-2 Servings)

  • 1 cup of chopped kale
  • 1 cup of kiwi
  • Half a cup of pineapple chunk 
  • Half a cup of apple chunks
  • 2 cups of orange juice

4. Simply Mango (1-2 Servings)

  • 1 scoop of mango icecream
  • 2 cups of almond milk
