“Fitness, in my eyes, is a way of release; an outlet. There’s no better feeling than the sense of accomplishment after finishing up a workout routine. That moment when you’re catching your breath and you can feel your heart pounding inside of your chest, along with the fresh ache in your bones. It’s the sort of rush that you just can’t get by sitting on the couch all day. I workout and go for runs because it makes me happy. Mentally, it helps me to relieve stress from both school and at home and it’s healthy for me physically too! I love pushing myself to newer and better things, and I hope to become the best version of myself that I can be. And that’s a feeling I want to share with everyone.”
