Top 5 pump up songs

Have you been putting in solid hours at the gym over the long weekend? I know I’ve had a lot more time for basketball, so I’ve decided to share some beats that always pump me up! (Heads up, some of the language is a slight bit explicit. Fair warning has been given.)

Most people that aren’t athletic think that sports only tire you out, but basketball has played a huge role in my ability to cope with IB. You know how its so easy to give up after an exhausting day, and put off hours of homework? Well I’ve always had a problem with stress, and everyone needs an outlet.

Even if you aren’t the best at a particular sport, exerting your body regularly is a valuable outlet for accumulating stress. And when you’re sprinting that last 100m against the clock, the mental endurance you build from that actually outweighs the same results you could gain from any other activity.

It also builds a healthy metabolism, which will help you recover from fatigue and injuries faster, and improves your hand-eye coordination. So if it’s any incentive, here’s your chance to work out to the same tunes I do. (;

4. Donald Trump – Mac Miller

3. The Opposite of Adults – Chiddy Bang

2. Stronger – Kanye West

1. Coming Up – Lupe Fiasco

And that should get you where you want to be. In your zone. (;

Hey what's up? I'm Stephen and I'm a 10th grade student currently @ Western Canada. I spend a lot of my time with music, especially playing violin with the CYO. When IB isn't keeping me busy, I love plugging in and playing basketball in my free time. Enjoy my posts. (:
