Cake in a Cup Recipe

It’s the holiday season, and if you’re craving a simple and quick recipe, this is definitely for you. Plus, there’s no baking involved!

What you need:

4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon cocoa (unsweetened is preferred)

2 tablespoons egg (if you prefer a chewier cake, leave the egg out)

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Spices of any sort- experiment with dashes of cinnamon, peppermint, nutmeg, or whatever you choose.

Step 1: Combine all the flour, cocoa, and sugar into the mug.

Step 2: Add in the egg, if you are using it.

Step 3: Add the milk and oil to the mug.

Step 4: Add in the chocolate chips and spices you plan to use.

Step 5: Microwave 3-4 minutes, or until done (your cake will finish quicker depending on the microwave you have).

Step 6: Enjoy!
