It’s been quite some time since I updated this series, and I can’t believe I didn’t think of this feature before. Cassey Ho is a certified fitness trainer and creator of POP Pilates. She started up her own YouTube channel, blogilates, four years ago, and is still going strong with over 1.6 million subscribers. Cassey’s personality is glowing and she is truly an inspiration, accomplishing her childhood dream with the upcoming release of her fitness line, BODYPOP.

The energy that Cassey puts into each video is contagious, and although you’re on the floor with shaking abs and sore legs, you can’t help but smile while she leads you through a workout. I love watching her videos because they are so simple and (almost all) of the moves do not require any special equipment.

Many people these days complain about not having enough time to exercise or not knowing where to start, but Cassey provides meal plans, monthly workout calendars, and beginners guides on her website. You can also find tons of healthy and delicious recipes both on her blog and YouTube channel.

Honestly, nobody has a reason not to work out. Even if you exercised for 15 minutes every day for a week, that would add up to an hour and 45 minutes of activity each week! You might be afraid of murderers or shark attacks, but an unhealthy lifestyle is the #1 killer. It can lead to obesity and heart disease (just to name two of the many health complications that arise from not being active), but on the flip side, exercising can help to cure many health problems.

So hit the mat with Cassey and sweat it out! Not only will you look good, you will feel good with increased energy and stamina. “Train like a beast, look like a beauty.”
