3 Best Ways to Relax

It’s exam season! Hooray!!!!

Just kidding.

No one likes exams. Even though the reasons why people might detest exams can differ, we all know that exams can be really stressful. Due to this, I want to present a couple of activities that you can do at the comfort of your house to relax!

  1. Make yourself some tea: I, personally, love tea! Whether I’m sick, stressed out, or just looking for something to drink, I make myself some tea. Making tea can be a very easy task, especially if you buy the tea bags. The amazing fragrance, combined with the easygoing activity of making tea, this can be the perfect thing to cheer you up!
  2. Exercise: Exercising doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym and working out. Taking a walk to the park can be a great form of exercise, and it can be very refreshing too! This way, if you’ve got an hour or too between study sessions, it can be worth it to go on a nice walk outside!
  3. Yoga or Meditation: Again, you don’t need to go to those expensive yoga or meditation classes to do these activities. There are tons of great videos on YouTube that can guide you through step-by-step beginner yoga poses, or meditation exercises. Just a short 15-minute yoga or meditation exercise can do you wonders in terms of stress relief!
