Updates on Youth Week Calgary 2012

Six months from now, Calgary might just experience the best Youth Week its ever had.  Why? Because planning has already began with the five Youth Week ambassadors. Our very own Youth Are Awesome Steering Committee as well as the Mayor’s Youth Council are collaborating on this event to make it truly spectacular. That means over 50 youth will be working hard behind the scenes to make Youth Week Calgary 2012 gain the status of Legendary.

Though we are still very early in the planning process, we have already set up a Facebook page.  It’ll probably be the primary method of communication so be sure to “like” it and stay tuned.  Many more new things and aspects will come soon, but one thing we don’t mind revealing is that we’re revolutionizing the way Youth Week will be.  We’re taking it apart and reinventing it into what we think will be the best for the youth in Calgary.

We’re definitely excited about what’s in store, and you should be too. Seriously, go. Get excited; it’s never too early to get psyched. Even just liking the Facebook page is guaranteed to be exhilarating.

Hey there, I’m Bill Tran. My middle name is not Louis unfortunately but I do like BLTs. I’m a student at Western Canada High School. I’m not your average Asian, I’m actually a little bit taller. I enjoy laughing and making others laugh, I mean, who would complain about a free ab workout? I like seeing things in brighter perspectives, except for movies, those are always better in the dark. I’m made of what’s found in my family & friends, my music & art, my thoughts & my words.
