Most of us (especially me!) love indulging our senses in the fine aromas and tastes found around the world. Nothing beats the feeling of seeing your food arrive while at a restaurant.

For a foodie like myself, travelling means sampling the foods of that particular region, thus I bring to you:  Around the world in 15 plates, through which you see the soul of the people through the foods they create.

(Just to be fair, I’ll be going alphabetically)
