  1. Re: KevinYooFanboy (and others) I appreciate your support and your comments, but when it really comes to volunteer hours, I don’t really believe it holds that much significance. It’s great to be recognized every month for being one of the top 10 volunteers for Youth Central, but when I come to look at this list every month, I reflect on what projects I have been to, the new team leaders I have met and new friends I have made, and certainly what I myself have done as an individual to impact the community through many projects I have done every month. I have to say huge kudos to everyone that makes the top 10 list every month, just because volunteering doesn’t come easy. It requires time and effort, and to do 10, 20, 30, 40 and even 50 hours in a month is an incredible achievement, to say the least. I found volunteering to be my niche, just because it holds so many opportunities and the impact that it has is tremendous. I have known Belal for quite some time now through all the volunteering projects and he really deserves the top spot this month. I congratulate Belal for his outstanding work in the month of October, as well as David, Nancy, Curtis, Jessica, Danielle, Sam, Richard, and Sohaib. I believe I have met them in some way, and they are all extraordinary volunteers, no different than I. It’s essential that we have volunteers likes these that will continue to better the city we live in.
