Today, I will be talking about 5 steps to help you get better when you are sick! With Spring here, it means allergies, flu and also colds! So what better way than to tell you how to feel better quick!
1. Medical Advice. If you are sick with something, it’s a good idea to go to the doctor to find out what is wrong and possibly get prescribed medicine. It is always the first thing you want to do when you are feeling sick.
2. Fluids and plain food. When you are sick, the best thing to do is drink lots of water and eat plain food. Like toast or crackers! Never eat anything else that will make your stomach upset.
3. Warm baths. The one thing I like to do when I am sick is take a warm bath! It will make you feel great and it is good to relax in.
4. Lots of rest! The other most important thing when you are sick, getting rest of course! Lots of sleep helps you get more energy when you wake up, you will feel great when you wake up from getting lots of rest.
5. Tea! This is great for when you have a cold or a scratchy throat when you are sick. Is getting to drink some tea with some honey in it.
