During winter break, I had done a week of hot yoga classes and found them to be so relaxing, calming, and fun. I recommend a hot yoga class to everyone! Hot yoga gives you an amazing feeling after each class. It’s perfect for getting away from everything and having some ‘you’ time. If you ever feel tense or stressed, consider taking a class.
