Hi everyone! I found this poster/ tip sheet on Calgary Humane Society’s Facebook page and wanted to share them with you! It’s all about keeping pets cool and safe in the summer heat.
1. Always have cool, fresh water available!
2. Supervise the pool at all times – It’s fun but safety is more important!
3. Ensure pets have adequate shade when hanging around outside
4.Walk your dog in the early morning or evening hours to protect their paws!
5. Get your dog a hair cut!
6. Find cool treats for them!
