With a busy lifestyle it can be hard to take time in the day to take some happy time. However, we are still always looking to be happier in the everyday things we do. It’s almost impossible to be fully satisfied when there is so much happening everyday and new things are being introduced. Thus we end up realizing sometimes that we are not as happy as we could be. Then again people always say that the best things in life are the small things. I have listed some ways in which you can become happier:

1. GOOD FRIENDS

It’s true that the people you choose to surround yourself with have a large impact on if you are happy or sad. You affect your friends the same way that they affect you. It’s time to say goodbye to the friends who put you down, and make you feel bad all the time. You should be able to sense their vibes, and tell if they are good or bad ones. It is fundamental to have supportive, and understanding friends who have time to help bring you out the dumps with you feel low.

2. HEALTH

 

Physical, mental, and emotional health is all very important. Thus you should always consider every aspect surrounding your health. It’s true that sometimes we do become preoccupied with other aspects of our health and forget the rest. The mind, body and soul do define who you are as a person and defect on how happy you truly are as well. It’s about feeling comfortable and beautiful in all those parts. It can be overwhelming when are many key components, but it is not difficult for you to consider how to make them reflect more happiness because it begins with you being satisfied with your overall health. You could rest your body by not overworking it, and you could nourish your mind with good books and green tea which is full of antioxidants, and the soul can grow with good company while you travel.

3. ATTITUDE

Attitude towards yourself and others can change significantly deepening on what others are doing, listening to the media, how the weather is, or whatever happened in the past. It is crucial for you to try to see the silver lining in even the worst of times. Humans of New York is an example that has many stories on people who achieved great things from nothing because of their hardworking and determined attitude. Change is inevitable but it is your attitude towards it that counts. When you are cheerful others around you are sure to feel the good vibes as well.

4. FAMILY

Family is an emotional subject in regards to our lives. Also when there is conflict in our family life it for sure without a doubt would affect the other parts of your life as well. If you want to be happy you have to make sure that you are happy with your family so that it doesn’t take a toll on you. You should always try your best to keep things good, but remember that sometimes you can’t fix everything, and that it’s not your fault. Life and family both have the ups and downs. So just let the pieces fall where they do.

5. SELF CONFIDENCE

You should not be putting yourself down. Instead of looking at the bad qualities, look at what you have to offer. It begins with you accepting that you can take on the world. Try to make a list of what your best qualities are because that will make you feel more confident. If you are not completely sure, then ask your friends and family what they like about you. This is also a great way to make you find out what your great strengths you have.

6. FINANCIAL WEALTH

 

It’s true when people say money can’t buy happiness. If you do find yourself living from the brim of your monthly paycheck, then you do need to decide what your needs and wants are. Spending on wants and not having much money for the needs are the main reason behind unhappiness as it hits you when you do realize this. If the cash still feels to little then try finding a new job, or ask to upgrade to a higher paying position. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to pick up better paying jobs and extra part time shifts. Becoming financially independent is sure to make you feel a sense of security and pride.

7. LOVE YOURSELF

 

You can never be happy with yourself if you can’t be happy with yourself. You should never be settling for less, you know what you deserve. However, be happy with what you have as well. Embrace your natural beauty. Also, accepting your flaws is important, as your flaw may be seen as beautiful by someone else. Accept and move on. The faster you let go of your insecurities, and whatever else is holding you back, the sooner your life will glow, become brighter, beautiful, and more happy.

It’s always okay to be sad or mad sometimes. It is a process of life. But, it’s important to also recover from that negativity as soon as possible. Do what it takes to be happy, you have to put yourself before others. You should hold your hand in this world because no one will hold it forever.
