CINNAMON
If I could pick a spice I love it had to be cinnamon. It is anti-inflammatory. It also helps with reducing pain whenever you have a headache or a heartburn.
TURMERIC
Turmeric has so many amazing benefits. It is tough to combat cancers, how great is that? It has some great anti-inflammatory properties as well having you feel yourself again in no time. Something easy you can add turmeric to is lemon tea or honey tea.
CELERY
Anything green is supposed to be great for your health, as we are told. Celery contains apigenin, which helps with swelling and discomfort that is caused by pain. Celery is mostly water so when people workout they often munch on this because it doesn’t increase weight. Make a soup or put it through a juicer, and enjoy!

They are a super food shaped like your brain they help with memory. However, they can also reduce swelling associated with any sporting injury due to the large amounts of omega 3s. In addition they help heal your body as soon as possible.
OLIVE OIL
If you cook make sure that you use olive oil. The smell is quite pungent. The colour and flavour are magnificent as well. It helps fight pain! Something you can do is fry an egg in it, dip chunks of bread in it then add some vegetables and mix it in a pan. It helps make people feel better and aid in preventing stokes and cancers.
