What will the year of 2014 signify? In the technology realm, many revolutionaries believe that 2014 will be the year of change in consumer technologies. The international Consumer Electronics Show (CES), occurring in Las Vegas, Nevada, this month, is a compilation of various exhibitors presenting their innovative technologies to consumers for the first time. CES is a huge tradeshow with over 3,200 exhibitors from over 150 countries, ranging from manufacturers to suppliers of technology hardware.

With devices such as visual 3D headphones (the Vuzix V720 video headphones), a bracelet that monitors how long you have been outside in the sun (Netatmo’s Sun tracking “June” bracelet) and a car with laser beams for headlights (Audi Sport Quattro), the year 2014 has started with a bang… and this is only the beginning.
