It’s summer and I’m sure that some of you might be glued on your sofas or chairs watching your favorite movies or shows. You can’t get enough of it even after 2 or 3 hours. After a half an hour of not moving, sometimes you feel that your legs or your arms have that spiky and tingly feeling.
- move your exercise equipment in front of your T.V (if you have a treadmill that have been stuck in the corner doubling as a clothe hanger, now it’s time to dust it off and move right in front of your television.)
-
see how many pushups you can do during commercials (if you are just starting out, do pushups during commercials. Once you become more adept at exercising, see how many you can do while watching your favorite half an hour or an hour long show)
-
do lunges while you watch television (do lunges around the room or do it in place while you watch)
-
do squats (you can do squats in place or work against a wall, see how many you can do)
- become a crunch Queen or King(crunches take less effort than full sit ups. First you can do it during commercial, once you feel brave enough, do it during a half hour long show)
- switch up your exercise routine with your T.V. watching habit (you don’t just watch the same channel over and over again, right? No, you can swich to reality shows, news, or comedy so you don’t get bored. Do the same thing with your exercise routine after you get bore from what you just did
- if your livingroom is big enough, put some equipment in front of the television
