My vote is for the latter. A street vendor in China creates a dragon-shaped lollipop using nothing but a marble slab, a spoon, and some caramel. For something done so spontaneously, where every motion has an impact on the final product, this man is highly impressive. He uses caramel, potentially one of the most viscous mediums for making art, no? Yet he makes the meticulous process look so easy and does so in just a couple of minutes. If you look closely, the spoon hardly ever touches the slab, it’s mainly gravity that the vendor has to work with. Okay, maybe I’m just way too impressed, but c’mon, that’s absolutely amazing.
