Growing Food at Home — Garlic Sprouts

Instructions:

  1. Peel the garlic without damaging the cloves.
  2. Leave the cloves in room temperature until sprouts begin growing.
  3. Plant cloves into the soil, with 1/3 of the clove under the soil (if you don’t have soil you can also use water, just make sure the clove is upright and the sprout is above the water surface).
  4. Water regularly to keep the soil wet and leave in the sun.
  5. Now, wait for the sprouts to grow! When you are ready to cook them, simply cut off the sprouts and prepare them as you like.
