I don’t know how many of you guys have seen this video, but since there hasn’t been a post on YAA for this yet, I figured that I would take the plunge. A new “musical” duo, dubbed Double Take, wrote the song lyrics in two hours and produced it via Old Bailey Productions, who say that they made the video as a favour for a younger sibling of one of their friends (but then again, they may be trying to save face). The two singers, Drew Garret and Lauren Willey, claim that they know they can’t sing but just wanted to make something “funny.” However, the truly funny thing is that, although these two say that they didn’t take the making of this video seriously, they did admit to being “open” to careers as songwriters and released the song on iTunes.
Personally, I think that it’s more amusing than anything. What do you think?
