Hopefully by now you are in touch with the goals of the World Partnership Walk (WPW) through the articles that Malika and Sarena have both written. So on the Sunday morning that is June 9th, I volunteered there along with Malika (we saw Sarena later on) and off the day began! Without further ado, please enjoy this vertical wall of photos that represent the awesomeness that was everything about the event on Prince’s Island:

What was interesting about the food options at WPW was that you had to buy food tickets from the organizers themselves; all the money will go to proceeds to support global poverty.

I will be bringing you an review of the pizza at Avatara next week from their presence at the walk, but read Malika’s interview post on the Global Village tent and stay tuned for her upcoming interview with Curtis Glencross!

Don’t forget to check out @WPWCalgary for more wonderful photos and updates on the amount of money they have donated towards Global Poverty! 🙂 Next year will be the 30th anniversary since this campaign began!
