With Summer Break in less than three months, many of you may be feeling academic burn out. This is a state in which you may feel unmotivated, exhausted, or frustrated or stressed due to a lack of time to rest and recharge. For many individuals, it gets worse before summer break and you may find yourself not wanting to get homework done or study for tests.
Symptoms include:

- Lack of Motivation to study or finish homework
