After “The Spy Next Door,” Jackie Chan immediately shot a new movie with Jaden Smith that’s coming out on June 11th. It’s about twelve years old Dre Parker, who moves with his mother to China, ready to start a new life. He falls in love with his classmate, Mei Ying, but due to the cultural differences, he realizes that this friendship is impossible. There is a bully called Cheng, who also likes Mei Ying, and Dre’s feelings for Mei Ying come with trouble. Cheng beats Dre very easily, since China is the land of kung fu, and with no friends in this land, Dre is lost. Luckily, he meets an older man, Mr. Han, who is willing to teach Dre kung fu. With the help for Mr. Han, Dre starts to understand kung fu is about maturity and calm, and he is ready to face the bully.

Looking forward to this movie.
Although, I'm still confused on how it's a remake of the Karate Kid when he's learning Kung Fu
XD
