Everyone has days where they want to curl up in their bed, maybe do nothing or they are sad. I have put together a list of 10 ways you can be happy!
1. Going for a walk. Fresh air, nature and maybe taking the dog out for a walk can help the mind!
2. Movie marathon. Logging onto Netflix or watching your favourite movies you own always makes me smile!
3. Drawing! A piece of paper and a pencil have always helped me! Draw anything you’d like!
4. Keep a journal. I’ve noticed keeping a journal always helps me stay happy! I wrote my feelings and what I am grateful for!
5. Talking to someone. It may seem scary, but talking to someone does help a lot! Don’t be afraid to say how you are feeling.
6. Bubble baths. Having a hot bath always lets me find my peace.
7. Invite a friend over! It always makes me smile when I can invite a friend over. Maybe for a sleep over to take thing off your mind.
8. Play a game. Playing a game like if you have a video console or on your phone always makes me smile!
9. Star gazing. When I feel sad, I will go outside and count the stars. Looking at them calms me down.
10. Music! Of course, listen to your favourite band and dance around!
