As you all know, the 87th Academy Awards took place this Sunday. That obviously means there was a red carpet. So, being as qualified as I am, I will do my best to review the Oscars red carpet fashion for you.
Marion Cotillard
Well…Marion Cotillard decided to come dressed as a piece of sushi or a restaurant napkin. That’s nice. I give her look ★out of 5.
Lupita Nyong’o
I don’t understand how Lupita manages to nail her outfit at every event. She looks amazing covered in pearls. Her outfit deserves a perfect ★★★★★.
Anna Kendrick
The Pitch Perfect actress looks stunning. ★★★★ for her.
Margot Robbie
Wowza…Margot makes Lupita look shabby. Personally, I think she looks amazing and deserves a perfect ★★★★★.
David Oyelowo
Not only did David Oyelowo deliver a great performance in Selma, he looks great in his red tux. ★★★★.
Lady Gaga
Yikes, I’m guessing Gaga didn’t have enough time to wash the dishes and get ready for the Oscars. Needless to say, it’s an interesting looking. I’ll be generous and give her ★★.
Emma Stone and Jennifer Aniston
How could you not love their outfits and this picture? They both look beautiful and deserve ★★★★★.
Jared Leto
Jared Leto looks good, but I still don’t understand why he has an umbrella. I’m guessing fashion…right? ★★★★.
Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman
Is that Jimmy Fallon I hear crying off in the distance? Both Urban and Kidman look great, but nothing really interesting is going on. So I give them ★★★.
Jennifer Lopez
Finally, I saved best for last. JLo doesn’t look a day over twenty-five. She looks ravishing in her gown. A special ★★★★★★ for her!
Overall, the Oscars fashion was pretty good. Some people might have imitated their favourite Japanese snack or forgot to remove their gloves after cleaning the dishes. Despite that I give the Oscars ★★★★ for their red carpet fashion.
