Laughter is the Best Medicine

With Midterms and finals going on, we are sure to be stressed.  The best cure for that is laughter. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones in the brain, such as cortisol and dopamine.  It also increases the number of anti-body producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T-cells.  It also gives you a great internal workout. Laughter also is a great way to distract yourself from stress.  So here are some things to take your mind off the stress of finals and midterms.
