It’s the beginning of April, and every IB student knows what that means! Less than a month before the IB exam period begins. Of course, students have long since begun their preparation and studying… not. Here are 21 things IB students are probably doing, would sooner be doing, but are not limited to doing instead of studying for their costly IB exams that are less than a month away. (Why 21? It’s a multiple of that certain highly coveted number by most, if not all, students.)
- Reading Youth Are Awesome
- Surfing Facebook/Twitter newsfeed(s)
- Watching one YouTube video after another
- Considering joining the circus
- Having trouble guessing someone else’s drawing on Draw Something
- Watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians
- Self-congratulating for completing a drawing of and/or guessing an exceptional hard word on Draw Something
- Reading and re-reading the Social 30 textbook
- Taking selfies
- Opening and re-opening the fridge only to discover there is still nothing to eat since five minutes ago
- Having a one person dance party
- Texting
- Ranting about how frustrating IB exams are
- Calculating predicted IB marks
- Taking a ride on a unicycle
- Calculating the probability of getting 7’s on as many exams as possible
- Filling out scholarship applications/writing scholarship essays
- Catching up on homework… who am I kidding?
- Considering catching up on homework, but not following through
- Creeping arch nemeses/crushes on any social neworking site
- Anything and everything but studying. Procrastinating… duh!
