September 27-29, 2013, Doors Open Calgary will be held, allowing the general public a chance to check out Calgary’s most interesting attractions, all for free. From the Calgary Tower to the Taylor Family Digital Library to the Glenmore Water Treatment Plant, over 30 amazing sites will all be open for exclusive behind-the-scenes tours.
This year is the second annual Doors Open event in Calgary, and many others have been held around the work. the event is planned by the non-profit Doors Open Calgary Association to create and develop interest for heritage and culturally significant places/spaces.
