Mini Donuts. Cowboy Hats. The Zipper.
The Calgary Stampede is almost here, and there’s lots to do for youth in Calgary! We can go get ourselves a tasty treat from one of the concession stands, go on one of the many rides on the grounds, or go watch a couple shows at the Coca Cola stage!
The Stampede is an annual Calgary event in which the western values and ideals of Calgary are celebrated through rides, games, and shows. There’s so much to do, and the Stampede has become a celebrated part of Calgary and its quality of life.
The grounds are open July 9th to July 18th, open from 11 a.m. to midnight. There are usually fireworks every night, as well as shows on the Coca Cola stage and Superdogs! All are free with admission to the park. Admission is $14 for everyone within the ages of 13-64. This year, the Coca Cola stage will feature artists like Down With Webster, Stereos, Marianas Trench and more! To check out all the performers, click here!
There’s just so much to do at Stampede and you don’t want to miss out! It’s a great time to go with friends and family and spend some quality time together.
