ConnecTeen connects teens with teens who are struggling. This is distress center dedicated to helping youth. Their Twitter contains helpful information in regards to mental health and updates on their organization. ConnecTeen is a subdivision of Distress Center. Last but not least, on the list I have our own Youth Are Awesome twitter and the Youth Central twitter accounts. @youthareawesome keeps you up to date on blog posts (something you don’t want to miss out on) and @YouthCentralYYC keeps you up to date on youth accomplishment and youth opportunities in the city.
