The human race has been using art as a medium to express ourselves for as long as time. The 21st century has enabled artists to transfer their canvases, paints, and brushes onto a digital platform. Traditional canvas paintings and drawings are beautiful, but digital art is my ultimate favourite form. Out of all the digital artists I have found in my day, Sakimi Chan has reigned as my ultimate favourite.
You may have seen some of her work around the internet, as Sakimi Chan is well-known for her gender-bends.
The attention to detail in the highlights and shadows, variation of textures, and elegant air to all of her characters makes them absolutely breathtaking. I could stare at one of these images for hours, studying every single pixel on the image. Sakimi Chan also takes on classic cartoon and anime characters.

Although her tamer interpretations of these characters are still beautiful, Sakimi Chan also has a penchant for placing characters into different scenarios and giving them a different edge.

Just because she tends to remake existing characters, it doesn’t mean that Sakimi Chan doesn’t come up with concepts of her own. In fact, the art sprouted from her own imagination tends to be even more mystical and elegant.
You can find Sakimi Chan on Facebook, Instagram, DeviantArt, Tumblr, YouTube, Storenvy, and Patreon! (Disclaimer: Some of her drawings are a little bit racy, so view at your own discretion.)
