Saturday Hootenanny at Heritage Park

Heritage Park’s the place to be this Saturday, as they are hosting a variety of activities including musical entertainment, crafts, exhibitors, dance demonstrations and more. If you’re one of the first 500 guests paying regular park admission through the park gates before 10 a.m., you can enjoy a free pancake breakfast at Gunn’s Dairy Barn. The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday Bow River Flow

Calling all bikers, skateboarders and roller-bladers! Head downtown to celebrate human-powered transportation at the second annual Bow River Flow, a free event that includes performances from local musicians, fitness sessions, a kids zone and more.  Activities stretch from 3 St. to 9 St. NW, which means Memorial Drive will be reduced to one lane of traffic in either direction.
