Did you know October is Adopt-a-Shelter-Animal Month, Computer Learning Month, Family History Month, National Apple Month, National Clock Month, National Dessert Month, National Pizza Month, National Popcorn Popping Month, National Roller Skating Month, Polish American History Month, and National Stamp Collecting Month?

There are also week-long themes happening such as Fire Prevention Week on the first week of October and Teen Read Week on the second week.
