The first one is really simple; just bring you favorite fruit to snack on! Eating fruits such as apples, bananas, plums, etc., can be beneficial to your overall energy level, while also providing important nutrients and vitamins.

You could also try making a trail mix with your favorite nuts and seeds in them. And as a treat, try adding dark chocolate chips or M&M’s. Just go nuts! Nuts provide you with filling protein, fiber, and are linked to lower cholesterol and better heart health.

Anyone like ants on a long? If not, you should start incorporating them into your everyday-lives. Not only can there be a wide variety of flavours and textures you could put onto the log, you can also feel great about eating celery, which reduces inflation and lowers blood pressure- especially important during finals. One of my favorite ways to eat them is with cream cheese and some cranberries, but you can try all sorts of fillings like almond butter, walnuts, raisins, etc.
