Chinook Blast is an event in Calgary that combines entertainment from the arts, along with outdoor fun. It consists of:
- Outdoor Ice skating: People are able to skate through beautifully lit ice rinks
- Outdoor Vendors: People can discover unique gifts and treats from local vendors, which can also make great Christmas Gifts
- Live Performances: People are able to enjoy music, and art that can help boost their holly-jolly spirit
3. Visit Spruce Meadows Christmas Lights Display
Spruce Meadows is a community that is famous in Calgary for its spectacular Christmas lights display. In this event, you typically drive-through with your car. The event consists of:
- Twinkling light displays: people are able to enjoy the dazzling lights, let alone be in the comfort of their own car
- Holiday music: With Christmas music to get you in the holiday spirit, the event is friendly for all ages
