The students at Chestermere Lake Middle School have just recently kicked off their Annual Magazine Fundraiser. The fundraiser started on Nov. 4 and will run until Nov. 19.
What exactly is a Magazine Fundraiser? Basically, it’s when students sell magazine subscriptions to their family, friends and relatives. There are many benefits to using this Canadian Community Reading Plan (CCRP) Magazine Fundraiser.
First of all, it promotes reading! Even if it’s just reading about Justin Bieber or Angelina Jolie.
Secondly, 37 per cent of every order goes directly to the school. All incentives are paid for by the CCRP and do not come out of the school’s profits!

Ways to Order Magazine Subscriptions
- New subscriptions can be purchased.
- Renew any subscriptions that are currently being received. The renewal orders that you subscribe to will be added on to the customers’ current subscription and the expiry date is extended. Please transfer information from current address labels to the order form.
- Gift orders can be sent to anyone in Canada ONLY. (Christmas, Birthdays, etc).
- ON-LINE ORDERING: You, family, and friends can also purchase magazines online! Simply go to www.ccrp.ca, enter Chestermere Lake Middle School’s code (AB389) and order new, renewal, or gift subscriptions.
