As the end of October moves closer, along with it comes the final few days of “spooky season.” Halloween is on Sunday and there are many ways to get into the spirit. From haunted houses to pumpkin carvings, there’s something fun to do for everyone.

Have A Movie Marathon
Movie night!! Put on some cozy PJs and watch a ton of scary/Halloween movies! A few examples are, Annabelle, The Exorcist, Nightmare Before Christmas and The Shining.

Host A Murder Mystery Party
A murder mystery party would allow guests to wear costumes based on their character and figure out how and who killed the victim. You can purchase a gamer or create your own. This is would be a super fun and trendy idea for teens/young adults!

Haunted House
Either host, or go to a haunted house. Haunted houses are just the right amount of scary.

Carve/Paint Pumpkins
Carving pumpkins is a super generic thing to do for Halloween. Whereas, painting pumpkins is something more unique!! Use your creativity, or Pinterest for some really cute, trendy ideas. Or to make it more interesting, have a pumpkin painting competition! Have the contestants vote on their favorite pumpkin, and reward the winner.

Bake
Invite a few friends over, or do it by yourself, and bake. If you want to spice things up, give a theme and/or try not to use a recipe! At the end, taste-test and declare a winner.

Trick Or Treat
A generic, but fun Halloween tradition that is loved by many. Go to your nearest Spirit Halloween and find a costume. Then go trick or treating and score some candy.
