Here’s a list of things that many of us do everyday, and make us feel ever so delighted:
1. Peeling the plastic off of something you had recently purchased.
2. Going into bed with the covers and pillows feeling “cold.”
3. Completing an everyday task, such as cleaning the dishes
4. Having a clean, organized room.
5. Jumping into a cold pool after vigorous training / Jumping into a pile of leaves
6. Putting on a fresh pair of socks
7. Driving through the night during a long trip
8. Going to the airport during the night/arriving in a different country during the night
9. Exploring a building all by yourself, or walking around by yourself
10. Winning a game
11. Learning a new move after trying 100 times
12. Checking something off of your to-do list
13. Getting food out of your mouth
14. Blogging!
Simple things give us joy, and we tend to forget these in our so-called stressful lives! Great post O.B.!
